Increase Ministries International is dedicated to strengthening families and equipping leaders to build healthier, more resilient communities. Drawing on 40+ years of lived ministry experience, we provide mentoring, counsel, and practical support to pastors, leaders, and individuals seeking growth and stability.Our work includes marriage mentoring to help couples build strong, lasting relationships, as well as encouragement and support for mothers of all ages, recognising their vital role in family and community life. We also offer retreat experiences designed to create space for rest, reflection, and intentional stillness, supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing in an increasingly distracted world.Our core purpose remains the same: to strengthen families as the foundation of strong communities through mentoring, encouragement, and holistic support.

Pastor Joe Riddington was born in Sydney, Australia.
He met his beautiful wife, Miranda, while in Bible College, where they married and soon after started in ministry together.With their family of 10 children, they pastored both in Australia and internationally, living and preaching a life of faith.Founding Increase Ministries International, with Miranda, Pastor Joe continues to serve in ministry today, with a commitment to leadership development and mentoring young pastors, drawing on lived experience and long-term ministry practice.
